With over twenty years of experience in higher education, organizational ombuds practice, executive coaching, mediation, and organizational development, he has collaborated with universities and organizations throughout North America and Europe to build trust, accountability, and effectiveness.
Dr. Graham is the Founder and Principal Consultant of DNA Consulting Global, LLC, where he guides leaders on creating healthy conflict systems and high-performing organizational cultures. He also developed the SAFE Dialogue Coach™ framework. This evidence-based approach enables leaders and teams to engage in courageous, constructive dialogue across differences while fostering psychological safety and belonging.
