Biography in English:
Dita Jahodová is the ombudsperson at the Faculty of Architecture, Czech Technical University in Prague (since January 2023). She is dedicated to fostering a fair, safe and respectful environment that addresses the needs of students and employees.
With over 15 years of experience, Dita’s work focuses on equal opportunities, equal pay, diversity and inclusion and well being. She has worked for NGOs and at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. She participated in the development of the Gender Audit Standard and co-authored the Equal Pay Audit Standard.
Dita studied gender studies at the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University in Prague, where she later taught as an external lecturer. Her research and practice address care, embodiment, stigma and LGBTIQ issues. She is a founding member of the Gender Expert Chamber of the Czech Republic and serves on the committee of the School Ombuds Platform of the Czech Republic.

Dita Jahodová je ombudsmankou na Fakultě architektury ČVUT v Praze (od ledna 2023). Zasazuje se o vytváření spravedlivého, bezpečného a respektujícího prostředí, které zohledňuje potřeby studujících a zaměstnaných.
Již více než 15 let se Dita věnuje rovným příležitostem, rovnému odměňování, diverzitě, inkluzi a well-beingu. Působila v nevládních organizacích a na Ministerstvu práce a sociálních věcí. Podílela se na vzniku standardu genderového auditu a je spoluautorkou standardu rovného odměňování.
Dita vystudovala Fakultu humanitních studií na Univerzitě Karlově, kde následně externě vyučovala. V rámci svého výzkumu a praxe se zabývala tématy spojenými s péčí, tělem, tělesností, stigmatizací a LGBTIQ problematikou. Je zakládající členkou Genderové expertní komory a je členkou výboru Školské ombuds platformy České republiky.
