Biography in English:
Member of the Independent Commission of the Centre for Social Studies (of the University of Coimbra) to Clarify Possible Situations of Harassment, he was the Student Ombudsperson at the University of Beira Interior (UBI) between 2021 and 2023, and he is, currently, a member of the Advisory Board of the International Student Participation Network.
Master’s degree in Medicine from UBI, he acted as student representative in institutional bodies such as the General Council of UBI, the Pedagogical Council and the Council of the Faculty of Health Sciences. He was also involved in the UBI Students’ Union, as Vice-President of the Executive Board and President of the General Student Assembly, among other positions.
He is an enthusiast of knowledge, good practices and experience exchanging, and he is one of the developers, and coordinator, of ENOHE Training Activities Program. He is been speaking in different forums about Ombudsing in Higher Education as well as doing research about it. He is a ENOHE Board Member since 2022.

Membro da Comissão Independente do Centro de Estudos Sociais para o Esclarecimento de Eventuais Situações de Assédio, foi Provedor do/a Estudante da Universidade da Beira Interior (UBI), entre 2021 e 2023, e é membro do Conselho Consultivo da International Student Participation Network.
Mestre em Medicina pela UBI, onde foi representante dos/as estudantes em órgãos institucionais como o Conselho Geral da UBI e os Conselhos Pedagógico e de Faculdade da Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde. Esteve envolvido na Associação Académica da UBI, tendo, entre outras funções, sido vice-presidente da Direção e presidente da Mesa da Assembleia Geral de Estudantes.
É um entusiasta do conhecimento, das boas práticas e da troca de experiências, sendo um dos criadores, e coordenador, do Programa de Actividades de Formação ENOHE. Tem feito palestras em diferentes fóruns sobre Provedorias no Ensino Superior, bem como investigação sobre o tema. É membro da Direção da ENOHE desde 2022.
