On 19 November ENOHE held a webinar about social Media, Ombuds Offices and confidentiality.
The webinar was an open forum for everybody interested in or involved in the ombudsman idea and had 67 participants from all over the world.
Participants were invited to share and compare their experiences. The webinar presented an opportunity to learn from speakers and each other, and to network with and generate ideas from already practicing colleagues from countries in and beyond Europe.
