You must get a letter of reference from your institution, and upload a copy of the letter into this application form, before you click ‘submit’ at the bottom of the form.

The letter of reference must:

1. confirm that you have the institution’s permission to attend the conference,
2. comment on your suitability for the development opportunity provided by the conference.
