Like for any good captain and his or her crew it is always advisable to have a reliable compass, as times are rough and unpredictable also in higher education, hence also for higher education ombuds. Therefore, ENOHE captains and crew have designed, discussed and finally approved a strategic plan for the next four years. It contains chapters on general strategy, objectives and their implementation (among others supporting the ombuds institutions in Europe, membership growth, developing guidelines and rulebooks and events progamming). The plan will be evaluated once a year by the Board of ENOHE and revised if necessary.
