On 24 March the National Students’ Day in Portugal was celebrated.
This year was the 60th anniversary of the first big academic crisis during the Portuguese dictatorship.
Higher Education Students did a manifestation at the Portuguese Parliament shouting for the need of more public funding to Higher Education Institutions and an universal access (progressively free of charge) to Higher Education, among other matters.
The members of ENOHE, Josef Leidenfrost (Austrian Student Ombudsman) and Jorge Pereira (Student Ombudsman of University of Beira Interior) shared a Message hoping to Students‘ Voice to be heard now and ever.
Between 21 and 25 March 2022 Jorge Pereira was doing an internship at Josef Leidenfrost’s office. Among several other current matters the need of promoting training for Ombuds in Higher Education was identified.
